Our Training and
Implementation Specialists work on the front line to implement and train on our
desktop, client-server and web technologies in our fast-growing local and
international customer base. This position is to grow the professional services
team to meet the increasing demand in European implementations.
Responsibilities

Manage software
implementation projects mainly for European but also for other international
customers

Plan, schedule and
follow-up on each step of the implementation phase
-
Develop, maintain and
deliver customer training programs
-
Train local and
international customers on MultiTrans desktop, client-server and web products
-
Perform customer
consultation regarding workflow re-engineering to optimize internal processes
-
Interact with our
customers via the telephone and electronic channels
-
Act as a team member
that contributes to solutions and customer satisfaction

Adapt to a fast-paced
and changing technical environment

Requires frequent
traveling
Qualifications

Highly analytical and
articulate
-
Experience in end-user
software implementation and training
-
Excellent verbal and
written communication skills, in English and in French. One other foreign
language an asset

Excellent problem
solving skills

Self-motivated and
resourceful

Preference for working
in a cooperative team environment

Demonstrated ability
and willingness to learn new technology quickly

Ability to work under
pressure

Expertise in Windows
operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

Experience with
translation activities an asset

Some experience with
computer-aided translation, ideally with MultiTrans technology, an asset
