Sales Representative (Montreal & Gatineau, Canada)

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be an integral part of the North American Sales Team. You will be focused on developing the corresponding market, helping sales exceed corporate objectives while implementing and executing sales and marketing initiatives. You are a dynamic individual prepared to significantly grow Multicorpora's position as the leader in Multilingual Asset Management . The successful candidate will already have a successful track record selling to a similar sector and will be expected to further develop sales opportunities in their respective territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and upsell existing accounts to achieve goals and exceed quota
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop account vision and key objectives
  • Prepare customer satisfaction forecasts and reviews. Analyze sales and customer satisfaction results to develop and implement specific action plans to recover shortfalls in sales and CSI
  • Establish and leverage a diverse network in order to grow business opportunities
  • Account management
  • Consistently build and manage pipeline and deliver accurate quarterly sales forecasts
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
  • Manage effective working relationships in a collaborative team environment
  • Respond, in a timely manner, to information requests from customers and prospects
  • Prepare and deliver onsite and/or online product demos and promotional webinars
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of MultiCorpora's Language Management products and services, industry trends, and competition
  • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), write proposals and quotations, negotiate license agreements, and all other aspects of account management
  • Manage and build targeted market segment campaign
  • Develop customer user groups within government for product development/info gathering

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience with solution selling in technology
  • Highly self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated "people" skills
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience selling to C-level
  • Selling in the U.S. is an asset
