MultiTrans Prism is an innovative client-server software solution integrating project and business management, translation memory, and terminology management to enable multilingual communication and workflow automation from authoring to publication. The solution is powered by a best-in-class terminology management system, an Advanced Leveraging Translation Memory Technology (ALTM), and a project management system with business management reporting. These elements represent the heart of the MultiTrans Prism solution and can be provided as a whole or as modules to support your responsibilities within the multilingual communication chain.
MultiTrans Prism is a preconfigured solution designed to give you all the benefits of a true Translation Management System (TMS) quickly and easily. It can be deployed either on your own servers (and even web enabled), or hosted and managed on MultiCorpora's servers if you do not have the required IT infrastructure. MultiTrans Prism has different licensing options: perpetual licenses configured to your exact needs; licenses to facilitate outsourced translation services; a package of licenses ideal for the business needs of a small or medium size LSP; and a convenient pay-as you-play Software as a Service (SaaS) model for those who may not have a capital budget to invest in a full system, but who need access to a state-of-the-art TMS.

MultiTrans Prism Flow our robust business and project management platform which lets users profile clients, vendors and projects, receive orders from clients (over the web), issue assignments to your vendors (translators/editors/proofreaders) and track incoming and outgoing invoices.
The TextBase translation memory and its Alignment Agent enable you to easily create multilingual assets from your past translations and then to reuse as leveragable content;
The TermBase ensures consistent language use by providing a terminology database of your approved, standardized terms in multiple languages;

Global Management System
Create a Global Management System (GMS) by connecting your Content Management System (CMS) to MultiTrans Prism. Use your CMS security rules and controls to initiate and drive the translation workflow automatically from source authoring to multilingual document output. This eliminates the need to manually route and track multiple documents which reduces inconsistencies and maximizes collaboration between our content authoring, editing, translation and revision chains. Using MultiTrans Prism in conjunction with your Content Management System can also help users regularize authoring to leverage content, improve consistency and reduce new translation volumes.
Machine Translation
MultiTrans Prism offers the ability to integrate machine translation systems (such as Systran etc) to create a Translation Memory/Machine Translation (MT/TM) hybrid. Add a new match level for content not found in your TM assets generated from Machine Translation to help your translators. Use MultiTrans Prism' terminology tools to enforce consistent terminology in MT supplied segments. This can help jump start the translation process so translators can shift to a revision role to process more content in less time. More translation in less time results in higher profit margins.
External Corpora
Unlock additional Translation Memory and Terminology value by connecting with external resources such as the online translation memories offered by the TAUS Data Association and MyMemory and online terminology resources such as Termium and IATE.
