Description
MultiTrans Prism Flow is a browser-based central portal for the management of projects. Customers, project managers, and service providers have their own interfaces where they can access all the information they need to efficiently manage their individual and collaborative activities.
Users can be up and running very quickly; a simple, uncluttered interface greets users of all types and, depending on their role, prompts them to attend to in-progress or overdue tasks, and proactively warns them of upcoming tasks. Automated email alerts keep all users notified of changes in project status, and administrators keep tabs on cumulative data through numerous informative, easily customizable reports.
Client and Service Providers are profiled and the relevant information stored for each is automatically pulled into project records, saving you time and effort. Workflows for each project can be defined through our easy-to-use visual workflow diagrams.
MultiTrans Prism Flow even supports the notion of decision-based, "pass / no-pass" task iteration. If a document is not translated well enough, rejection can automatically return it to the translator or another translator for rework and then, it can move towards completion through follow-up tasks without any additional manual interaction. Financial management is made simple and transparent in MultiTrans Prism Flow. Invoicing and invoice management are built right in.
