Translator’s ToolBox
MultiCorpora has partnered with the Language Technologies Research Centre (LTRC) on a collaborative initiative that will help improve the productivity of language professionals and students. The LTRC's Translator's Toolbox will provide access via a portal to key language technologies that are at the cutting edge of innovation and MultiTrans Prism's products will make up a part of the offering. The Translator's Toolbox will help language professionals solve practical problems they encounter in their daily work. Not only is it a professional tool that integrates a number of existing language technologies, but will also include new ones at the forefront of current research. It will also have a dynamic and user-friendly interface that will give access to various types of training, a reference database of information, a language technologies knowledge database, and it will promote professional networking between all subscribed collaborators.
Tools will include Web localization tools, machine translation tools, quality assurance tools, crowdsourcing/collaborative translation tools and others.
