MultiTrans Prism Flow PM Access
In our Business/Project Management section we explain some of the concepts behind our project management module, MultiTrans Prism Flow. In this section we look at some of the specific functions of the Flow for Project Managers license. Flow is structured as interlocked "portals': an internal portal where your project managers and business owners receive orders and track projects, among other activities; a client portal where customers can login to submit new projects and track ongoing work; and service providers portal where translators and editors can pick up job assignments and submit invoices, among other activities.
Highlights of the Project Manager functions:
- Standardize processes for simplicity and consistency. A few clicks are all a project manager needs to apply a template to follow a desired standard procedure. This simplifies the workflow process by allowing users to set up standardized project workflows for specific clients or project types.

- Automatically archive all documents the moment they are submitted. Eliminate the time-wasting tasks of moving files from email onto a file server. MultiTrans Prism Flow automates this step saving a project manager time.
- Verify providers' workloads, see providers' availability and invite them to bid on project steps. Don't overload your providers with multiple assignments because of a lack of off-line coordination between your project managers. It is easy in Flow to see any provider's workflow and due dates.
