TranSys is the result of combining the renowned MultiTrans Prism Advanced Leveraging Translation Memory with components of the most popular rule-based machine translation tool on the market, Systran. The end result is a cost effective translation solution that delivers "good enough" quality translations ready for distribution or ready for post-editing and revision.
TranSys uses your (domain-specific) terminology and your previously translated documents, in real-time, to enhance rule-based machine translation. All approved linguistic assets are initially extracted from the translation memory, and the rest are sent to machine translation. Simultaneously, as your document is being translated, the MultiTrans Prism TermBase is feeding your approved terminology into the TranSys machine translation engine. The end result is superior machine translated content.
