MultiTrans TextBase Builder APIReduce overhead by automating the creation and maintenance TextBase TMs. Your multilingual assets will continually stay up-to-date with the automatic addition of all new translations, even including TMs or reference documents sent by your clients! Updates can be triggered by your existing document management, content management and workflow software applications, or simply by placing a document in a certain location! MultiTrans Analysis APIAutomatically compare your incoming projects to your existing multilingual assets to determine the real effort necessary to complete the project! The MultiTrans Analysis API can provide you with an enormous amount of useful information, including the following: amount of repetitions (both exact and fuzzy) as compared to your existing translations, amount of internal repetitions (both exact and fuzzy), full paragraph repetitions, sub-segment repetitions and terminology repetitions. This API also allows you to identify which of your existing documents would provide the most references, and allows you to extract the terminology that repeats most frequently in your new translation project so it can be standardized at the start of the project, saving greatly in revision costs. You can also extract all of your existing standardized terminology (with translations) relevant to the new projects, to ensure your language professionals have access to this terminology without providing an extra burden on your project managers and coordinators. Any relevant full and fuzzy segment matches from your TextBase TMs can also be extracted, allowing your translators to reference your existing translations without compromising your intellectual property. MultiTrans Pre-translation APISpeed up your translations and benefit from improved consistency by automatically replacing full and fuzzy segment matches from your TextBase TMs, replacing standardized terminology, and identifying sub-segments that have already been translated. You can even start translating documents that you were not able to in the past for cost purposes by leveraging Machine Translation to not only fill in the gaps, but to preserve your own terminology while doing so. The MultiTrans Security API allows you to automatically give access to your multilingual assets on an as-needed basis, and to revoke those permissions as well. For example, you may wish to allow an external translator to access your multilingual assets for a particular project. That translator can automatically be given the appropriate permissions when the project is assigned, with those permissions automatically revoked upon completion of the project.
