WordAlign

WordAlign is the integration of an industry-first technology allowing alignment of text at the individual term and expression level. It is MultiTrans' Advanced Leveraging Technology that makes this possible.

MultiTrans users already have the ability to search and retrieve previously translated terms, sub-segments and full and fuzzy segments. Now with the WordAlign technology MultiTrans also delivers the actual translation of words! In the case where an expression has been translated differently throughout the TextBase, the system will also provide you with statistics on how this was previously translated and the frequency in which it was translated that way! This is ideal for generating and standardizing your corporate terminology throughout the MultiTrans suite.

• From the TextBase Search window, users are able to see the translated variations of a word and view how often they have been used in their past translations. 
• With the Translation Agent, users can now automatically propose translations for sub-segment matches (where they previously had to look them up manually).
• From the Analysis Agent, users can automatically generate translations to pre-standardize terminology found in their new translation project.

The possibilities are endless: identification of inconsistencies within legacy documents, generation of glossaries, standardization of terminology...
